12B (iv) authorises the National Executive Committee to formulate
Regulations for Election of office bearers of the Parishad which
include Prantiya Office bearers.

Prantiya Organizing Secretary and in his absence any other member as
the returning officer to conduct the election.

returning officer shall collect / invite the nomination for various
posts. In case no such nomination is received for any of the post,
the returning officer shall invite such nominations at the meeting
itself. The nomination to be valid shall be signed by the person who
has been nominated as his acceptance and by at least two members as
proposers. Valid nominations shall be placed before the meeting for
consideration of the members.
