Be a partner in development of the Nation

Bharat Vikas Parishad is striving for the development of the Nation. You can also participate in this effort  by (a) becoming a member of Bharat Vikas Parishad, (b) enrolling yourself as a “Vikas Ratna” or “Vikas Mitra”  and (c)  donating for various sewa &  sanskar projects.

Donations to Bharat Vikas Parishad are eligible for income tax exemption under section 80-G of Income Tax Act. Donations may kindly be sent by cheque / demand draft in favour of Bharat Vikas Parishad, Bharat Vikas Bhawan, BD Block, Behind Power House, Pitampura, Delhi-110034.

 
   
 

 

Organisational Structure

The organisational structure of the Parishad consists of the Branch at primary level and the Centre at the top. In between these two set-ups, there are Prant and Zone. Thus the Parishad is four-tier organization consisting of the following:

New Branches

Hatgobindapur, West Bengal : A new rural branch of the Parishad was opened on Republic Day, 26th January, 08 at Hatgobindapur village in the district of Burdwan, West Bengal. Sri Ranjan Dey, a member of Kolkata North East branch took all the initiatives to open this branch.

Hundreds of villagers were present in the open ground of sree Tapeswari Ashram situated in the middle of the village. Swami Tejasanandaji Maharaj of the Ashram was present on the occasion.

Swamiji was designated as branch president, Sri Tarun Chakraborty as Secretary and Brahmchari Tanmoyananda as Treasurer. Hatgobindapur village is located about 22 km from Burdwan town close to Palla Road railway station.

Karnataka South : 1. Kolar: Branch was opened on 27th January, 08 Dr. Uday Kumar, MD, Professor, Department of Pathology, Shri Devaraj Urs College, Kolar presided over the function. Shri Su. Ramanna, National Organising Secretary, inaugurated the branch. Sri K.G. Subbarama Setty, Zonal Chairman was the chief guest. Shri A.S. Nataraj, Secretary was also present on the occasion. The membership of the new Kolar branch is 40.

2. Vidyaranya, Vijayanagar, Mysore : was opened on 29th January, 08. 35 new members were enrolled. Su. Ramanna, National Organising Secretary inaugurated the branch. Shri Thontadarya, MLC was the chief guest. Shri A.S. Nataraj, Zonal Secretary, Prof. K.M. Veeraiah, Zonal Seva Pramukh, Shri Nagaraju, State President graced the occasion.

3. Shimoga : New branch at Shimoga was reinstalled on 1st February, 08. Shri Srikantha Babuladi, Additional District Magistrate presided over the function. Shri Su. Ramanna delivered key note address. Shri A.S.Nataraj, Zonal Secretary and Shri Nagaraju, State President were present on the occasion. Shri D.H.Shankara Murthy, Education Minister in the dissolved State Assembaly also graced on the occasion.

Parvarim,
Goa
: The branch was inaugurated on 14hth January, 2008 in the presence of Shri Sitaram Pareek, National Convener Accounts and Audit (West & South) Shri Sampat Khurdia, Zonal Secretary and Mrs Mangala Swadhikar Zonal Oganising Secretary Zone-XIV. 32 members have been enrolled and payment of 26 members has been sent to Central Office. Mr. Sanjay Chief Editor of "Gomantak News" was the chief guest at this function. 120 people were present in the function.
