      “Vocational and Skills Training Centres” are service initiatives established to provide practical training, livelihood skills, and self-employment opportunities to youth, women, and economically weaker sections of society. The main purpose is to promote self-reliance (आत्मनिर्भरता) and improve employability through skill development.
