      Yog Shivir of Bharat Vikas Parishad is a blend of health, discipline, Bharatiya values, and collective well-being.

      A ‘Yog Shivir’ organised by Bharat Vikas Parishad is a holistic wellness and value-oriented programme combining Yoga, health awareness, Bharatiya cultural ethos, and disciplined living. These camps are often conducted for members, families, students, youth, senior citizens, and the general public.

      1. Yogasana Practice

      Participants are guided through various yoga postures selected according to age and health suitability:
